Day 11: Roselily
by Alice Walker from In Love and Trouble
I am just going to do ratings for some of these stories unless something stands out to me.

Day 10: The Gernsback Continuum
by William Gibson in Burning Chrome
Sci-Fi Sunday. I really enjoyed this story. The imagery of the futuristic architectural style of the 1930's was something I had never really thought about. It tied neatly into a quick story that I really enjoyed.

Day 9: The Schreuderspitze
by Mark Helprin from Ellis Island
We are starting this collection as well as a collection by Alice Walker. We will alternate stories from the two books with the exception of our Sci-Fi Sunday and O'Henry Friday.
This is may favorite story so far. Another longer story that deals with lose and how a person moves forward when they have lost everything.
Rating: 9/10

Day 8: Between Rounds
by O'Henry from 100 selected stories.
Ok...so far my two least favorite stories have been the O' Henry stories. I will continue with the O'Henry Friday for another couple weeks but if they stories don't get better, I might abandon him on Fridays.
This was a rather boring story that really didn't go anywhere. Add to that, this was really the first story of the project that I did not care for the writing.
